Established in 1990, All Season Movers specialized in the transportation of retail, commercial and industrial goods throughout the Caribbean , Central and South American markets. All Season Movers operations were headquartered out of Toronto , Ontario , Canada ; with subsidies in Montreal , Vancouver and Alberta. All Season Movers vision to expand and solidify untapped markets beyond its traditional business format, would eventually lead to partnering with ViaRapid Logistics Inc.

ViaRapid Logistics Inc. was founded by Mr. Ignacio Palacio and Diego Sotomayor in July 2002, the latter being the sole owner of the defunct All Season Movers. Shortly after, with solid financial backing from its new principals. ViaRapid Logistics Inc. began the implementation of its new and improved infrastructure to that of its predecessor. It also, unveiled its new business plan and strategy for future expansion.

ViaRapid Logistics Inc. is a privately held company, with the head office situated out of the most centralized arteries of Toronto - St. Clair and Dufferin Streets. Our premises consist of ViaRapid Logistics Inc. privately owned warehouses that are strategically positioned by the 400 highways series. Our state of the art warehousing space exceeds over 10,000 square feet, and further expansion is planed in 2003.Many of our clients are from our previous entity and most have grown with us, from sole proprietors to multi-national corporations. Our strategy is to continue to provide our existing and new clients with the same personal, pro-active and efficient service that enticed them to us originally.
